These little guys work up fast. However, if you never worked with chenille yarn, then it will take longer. Bianca has a great video on this type of yarn. But for me, the yarn was very soft and slippery, I could not see the white stitches, and multiple stitch markers along the row where necessary so that I made the correct number of stitches. I made one critter not using chenille yarn, and it went FAST. I used a very fine chenille because I wanted the critters to be small to put in large plastic Easter eggs. But I do want to try making one with bulky chenille yarn. The pattern was great! My only suggestion is to read through the pattern before you start. Which I didn't do. Make sure you know what row your eyes are suppose to be attached to. Have fun!
